The 1st New Jersey Legislature Asia Pacific Heritage Month Cultural Event was held at the State Capitol on May 20th.
Immediately after the opening declaration and the order of national rites and prayers, the Chairman of the House of Representatives celebrated Asia-Pacific Heritage Month in May.
It is a great honor to have a special order of celebration in the New Jersey State Congress, emphasizing the Asian culture and achievement
In particular, he commended the work of the Garden State Opera Company (Director Sungbae Ju) as a resolution, and was also awarded the Asia-Pacific Cultural Resolution from Governor Chris Christi. Following the lyrical Korean song'Namchon' and the folk song'Ulsan Girl', all the lawmakers and audience responded with standing applause in a cheerful and passionate harmony with Jajinmori's rhythm.
